First impressions happen online, and they happen fast. At Home Media delivers professional real estate photography services that stop buyers mid-scroll, drive more inquiries, and give your listings the visual edge they need in a competitive market.
Whether you’re representing a starter home in Westchester or a luxury property in Greenwich, your listing deserves images that do the work.
Why It Matters
Buyers decide within seconds whether a listing is worth their time. According to the National Association of Realtors, homes with professional photography sell faster and attract significantly more online views than listings with amateur images.
In a market where buyers browse dozens of properties before scheduling a single showing, the quality of your photos determines whether your listing gets a click or gets skipped.
HDR techniques preserve window views and natural light that smartphone photos tend to flatten out, while the gallery as a whole signals to your seller that their listing is being marketed by someone who takes the job seriously.
Our Approach
I’m Anthony Tenecela, the founder and only photographer behind At Home Media. When you book a shoot with me, I’m the one who turns up at the property, walks the home before the camera comes out, and produces the finished gallery. There is no subcontracting or rotating roster, and nobody else is editing in the background.
That matters more over time than it does on any single job. Agents I work with regularly know what their listings are going to look like before I send the files over, because the same eye is behind the camera each time. A downtown White Plains condo gets the same care as a four-bedroom colonial in Scarsdale.
Every property is shot with bracketed exposures and merged in post, so windows hold their view and interiors keep their natural warmth. The photos look like the home as the seller actually sees it. HDR real estate photography is the baseline at At Home Media, not an upgrade.
Twilight shoots are available for listings where a dusk exterior earns its place. They work well for higher-end homes, properties with strong outdoor features, or any listing that benefits from a magazine-style hero shot, and they pair naturally with cinematic video for a complete premium package.
Commercial real estate photography is offered alongside the residential work. That covers office space, retail units, and mixed-use properties across the Westchester and Greenwich market. The brief looks different from a residential shoot, but the approach behind the camera remains the same.
Files arrive structured for MLS photography uploads, listing portals, social channels, and print collateral. Web-optimized, full resolution, named consistently. You drop them in and go live.
What’s Included
A full walk-through of the property followed by a planned, room-by-room shoot. Most residential sessions take an hour or two on-site.
Multiple exposures per frame, merged and corrected in post-production. Window pulls where they are needed. Sky replacement when the weather did not cooperate. A consistent look across the whole gallery.
Delivered web-optimized and ready to upload. There is nothing to resize or reformat on your end before the listing goes live.
Drone shoots, floor plans, video, and Matterport can be added to the same visit. One booking, one walkthrough for the seller, and a complete set of deliverables that fit together as a package.
Pricing depends on the property size, the type of shoot, and whether photography is booked on its own or bundled. Twilight sessions, commercial work, and larger luxury homes are quoted on a per-listing basis.
Every quote is direct and tailored — bundling services into a single visit usually delivers better value than separate bookings.
The Process
Get in touch to schedule. If you want to combine residential or commercial real estate photography with drone shoots, floor plans, video, or a 3D tour, all can be coordinated in a single booking.
I arrive ahead of schedule, walk the property, and shoot to a plan rather than reacting room by room. Most standard residential sessions run between one and two hours.
Exposures are merged, and the color is calibrated. Skies are corrected if the weather did not deliver. The gallery is finished, so it hangs together as a set rather than a series of mismatched frames.
Final files land in your inbox, formatted for MLS and ready for every other channel you market on. If the listing is paired with a Matterport 3D tour, it is uploaded as the official virtual tour on the same listing, so buyers can walk through it at any time.

FAQ
Most residential sessions run between one and two hours on-site. Larger homes, twilight sessions, and commercial real estate photography may take longer. Bundled bookings extend the on-site time, but everything still happens in a single visit.
Standard staging applies. Surfaces should be clear, lights on, blinds open, and personal items put away. A short prep checklist goes out with every booking, so the seller knows exactly what to handle the night before.
If you are searching for a real estate photographer near me anywhere across Westchester County or into Greenwich, Connecticut, At Home Media covers the area. The full list of towns and neighborhoods sits on the Areas We Service page.
Standard photography uses a single exposure per frame. HDR real estate photography blends multiple bracketed exposures into a single image, preserving window views and natural interior light that single exposures often lose. Every session at At Home Media uses HDR by default.
Commercial real estate photography is available for office space, retail units, mixed-use properties, and similar listings. Quotes are produced individually based on the property and the brief.
Your next listing deserves more than a quick smartphone shoot. Get in touch, and Anthony will plan the session around the property.
